I wasn't present when my car was fixed by Darren. I have just tried to clean my windscreen and found there to be no screenwash in my car. Should this have been checked?

First time I have used this service and definitely would again. Darren was extremely helpful. He called half an hour before arriving and was polite and friendly. I had a few general questions about my car and he was very happy to help with advice.

Darren was brilliant - he rung half an hour before he was going to arrive and the full service was done within an hour meaning the rest of the day could go on as normal without fuss. Yes, Darren was on time, called me to let me know what time he would arrive and just got on with the job in the time he stated. Great service, I struggle to find time to leave my car at the garage so having this done at home was brilliant.

Darren is everything you would hope for from a mechanic. Professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. Very flexible and relaxed. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends. Excellent all round.
