Many thanks, quick job and good communication. Darren was polite and called with an arrival time. He pointed out that I had a flat tyre which I hadn't noticed and gave me some advice to help with it, which was beyond the job he had come to do.

Mechanic rang before turning up which I appreciated. He changed the battery as I had asked. He did mention that the problem lay elsewhere though, which I know now was incorrect advice.
