Darren was knowledgable and a friendly guy. He carried out the work with no issues and no complaints to a high standard. He even went to the trouble of looking at a tyre that had a nail in it for me to ensure it was ok.

Darren was excellent. Arrived well within the allotted rime slot, gave me a call 30 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Diagnosed the issue within a minute and repaced the battery in about 10-15 mins. Excellent. Highly recommend.

I wanted to be present when the servicing was being done (bad experience with Kwik Fit) but since Darren was doing the work at a local garage he took pictures of all the old parts and new parts and shared these with me. This really put my mind at rest and I was really happy with Darren for doing this.

I saw some other comments about communication and I gave three stars because I think it would have really helped to get more info on issues that came up (e.g MOT advisories) for customers like me who don’t know a lot about cars. Nothing negative or serious but little things things that could make the experience better.
