No..very combative, refuse to entertain the explanation of why the car wont start...
Decided to only drain the oil..no receipt no report of work carried out...

Thanks for taking your time to write a review.
But let’s start by saying that the job I was there for an oil & filter change and that was what I was there to do via your request! On my arrival you told me that the car didn’t start (Wasn’t told this beforehand). I asked why and you got all defensive with me saying I was just hear to do what I was told! The thought at this time crossed my mind to now cancel this booking and walk away from the job. But going against my better judgment I proceeded with the job at hand.
Once I had done the work and told you that the car still doesn’t start, you started to ask me what it could be and that could I take a look at it now! I said it could be many things and will require a diagnostic inspection.
I also had another job to go to at that point. Had you of listened to me at the start you would of had your diagnosis and know what was required for the repair.
A receipt would have been sent via the email you had provided.
