You knew exactly what I explained to you / that I had to remove some parts ( fan belt , viscose fan and radiator cowling ) to establish your issue - you never accepted The quote , but thx nevertheless

The mechanic was not familiar with hybrid cars and he shouldn’t have taken the booking. There is no outcome of diagnosis, he didn’t complete ordered services and charged me extra for services I didn’t pre-approve. When I called him to inquire, he hanged up call in middle of conversation. I am extremely disappointed.

There’s normally a reason behind this , and I’ll think you for generous offer of asking click not to leave you review on line , however It can not be removed , otherwise what would be the purpose of reviews if I was anle to pick and choose reviews .
Lastly you asked me to extra work and thought it might be free , but when you was charged - this whole booking turned into a 50 odd email von conversation which has by the way consumed most of my day .
Still I appreciate and I’m grateful for every customer and every review ( even if I’m condemned )
