The mechanic Kyriacos was punctual , friendly and professional changing my car battery which as a VW Toureg is situated under the passenger seat so the whole seat needed taking apart.
A bad VW design but well done to Kyriacos for having the skill to change the battery.

Kyriacos called soon after accepting the booking to say he was able to come sooner than originally expected, which worked well for me. Upon arriving he ran a full diagnostic on the car and checked over the engine brakes etc. However as he was not able to diagnose the fault returned a few days later at no additional cost. Kyriacos was friendly, professional and talked through everything on the car as he worked. Very happy with his service and diligence in fixing the issue.
