Mechanic came and did a good job. So far no problems with the work carried out.

Kyriacos was great. He knew his stuff and advised me on the best course of action. I would have no problem in recommending him.

Dishonest, charged me about £80 without doing any work.Made me wait 2 days but never turned up, never bother to let me know he not coming. I lost 2 days of income waiting for him. Don’t trust him at all.

Mechanic arrived on Monday 9th September at 21:00pm, managed to remove instrument cluster by 21:30pm, called me on Wednesday 11th September to say it had been repaired, was due to replace it Thursday 12th September, however did not turn up, reschedule was made for Friday 13th September at 18:40pm, mechanic called to say could not make it and would put as first booking on Saturday 14th September.
As at present time that this review was written for the work that was quoted for and paid which was remove, repair and replace is as yet incomplete.

Kyriacos was really friendly and gave me updates of time arrival. Knowledgeable person and gave me clear picture of car conditions and repairs done.

Kyriacos was great. Very transparent and communicative. Positive experience all round.

Machanic was excellent and helped me with other issues that needed addressing.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any tradesman. Wrote off my van, Kyriacos removed fuel injector three and four as four was seized. He took out alleged new injectors of which one was obviously reconditioned as was already out of box and wrapping Something had fallen into engine where injectors were as he had not cleaned around injector before removal and then turned over engine and there was a bang. dismantled engine and lturned over again and again grinding sound, that was the end of my engine. Left the engine dismantled in a box in the back of my van went to put back bonnet but not rain seals, I asked if the seals could be put back on and he asked why. I said as weather forecast showed rain all week he daid how do you know that, I mention that a forecast exists. He begrudgingly put back seals, removed windscreen wipers still in box in back of my van with dismantled engine. I received a phone call that evening, he turned aggressive he had obviously been drinking. Of which I said it was best to talk tomorrow. He called next day to say he was coming with a endoscopic camera tol have a look. When he turned up to have a look he said that it wasn't good news, he could see bent valves and something foreign laying ontop of piston. He left Then spent 6 days promising to come and never did. He sent me his public liability letter and said they needed pictures to see what van looks like. It is a beautiful looking van and real head turner vw caddy lowered with very nice rims. Just no e give now. After me refusing to speak on the phone as I had enough of it, as I wanted everything in writing either by message or email for which was now obviously looking like I needed to speak to my solicitor. To then being charged for him removing the fuel injector and for parts that I do not have. Avoid this so called mechanic like the plague. Otherwise you will receive messages

"Do you think is a f---ing mistake for me to charge you for something that I f---ing done on your van? How about you? Come and meet me somewhere and we'll talk about it?"
Unbelievably, horrible, upsetting experience and my van is my work horse and helps me run my small business and support my family and my young apprentice. Very upset with this, I can only hope that ClickMechanic do something about this at the very least fix my now un drivable van. Shocking experience. I will be asked at the end of this feedback whether I would recommend ClickMechanic to a friend can only put 5 as un sure if they will sort this out if they do sort it I would give a 10 if they don't sort this out, well I am sure you will all know the answer.
