Russell was amazing. It wasn't an easy process due to our end. Even parking was a problem our end. But Russell was a gentleman. Made it as hassle free as possible. Advised on extra work etc. Great service all round. We only use click mechanic now, and doubt we would go any other way 👍👍👍

Russell and his team of mechanics were polite, professional and efficient. Despite being let down by Click Mechanic agreeing a price for an item (EGR valve) that was not available and the alternative item being more expensive than main dealer prices, Russell persisted on my behalf to cover additional costs and identified additional items that didn’t need repairing, saving me money overall. I was very impressed by Russell, but disappointed with Click Mechanic who let him and me down badly.
