Russell carried out a pre-purchase inspection and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He telephoned me whilst carrying out the inspection with an update on his findings.
A few issues were identified which allowed me to renegotiate the purchase price.

Russell Bluck was slightly delayed through the fault of his suppliers but once here he was friendly, communicative and efficient. He did an excellent job and explained the difference in quality between some pads and discs which I wasn’t aware of before. I would ask for Russell again. Good job 👍.

Russell was efficient and pleasant. Job done will minimum fuss and would recommend this to anyone. Just one small comment, we did feel a little in limbo initially when a mechanic didn’t take the job within the 4 hrs quoted.

Russell was superb. I wanted my alternator, fan belt and water pump replaced after my alternator failed on the M4. The recovery company were messing me about over a weekend, and every time I found out my car wasn't where they said it was, Russell just accepted the situation was happy with they new arrangements as they arose. Even when the replacement parts didn't fit because of model changes, he purchased the replacement and got the car repaired. This was my second dealing with Click Mechanic and I will always use them for any work on my car. Just excellent.
