Russell was very friendly and very considerate over the fact that I was on night shifts as he got in with the work and dropped the keys through my letter box when he was done.
He kept me updated when the parts he ordered were not available in time and finished the work promptly and to a great standard.

I'm sorry to say that but I'm very, very unhappy with the work done by Russell the "mechanic".
I've spent over £2000 to have some work done on my Volkswagen, never had a problem with this car .
I only wanted to replace some parts like clutch, timing belt , oil service, coolant system cleaning, brake pads...etc.
I wanted to be everything new, but soon as Russell finished his work after 2 days , everything goes wrong now with my car , lots of oil leaking plus every morning I find the coolant reservoir empty all the liquid dripping on the ground, clutch noise, horrible smell in my car....etc
As I previously said, I've never , never had any problems with my car before.
And much more.
Now I have to find a way to save money again to fix my car and find someone that really knows what he's doing but for sure I will never use ClickMechanic again.

Russell and his son were knowledgeable and informative about the work that had to be done. The replacement front pads and discs were fitted without undue haste and he was able to carefully describe the progress and answer my questions in a friendly manner.
