Work carried out at home on a block paved driveway. Couldn't believe it when the young lad removed the diesel fuel filter and had nothing to put it in! Drained the sump oil into a container but nothing underneath it so again a mess. Gave him some rags but after they had gone had a mess to clear up. Work done okay, but no thought about being tidy.

Russell's level of service was exemplary. The scheduled repair work on the car was unfortunately delayed due to an issue with the arrival of a key spare part. However, and to Russell's credit, he kept me fully informed of the delay with options for an alternative schedule, which was within 24 hours of the original plan. I was also very satisfied with the efficient process facilitated by ClickMechanic.
