Russell provided better service than I had imagined for a Basic Report. His communicatiions were excellent - even phoning from the garage to give his personal report then asking if there was anyghing specific that I wanted him to check. Being acal, he also gave me a verbal review of the garage (as 'very good') which was very reassuring. Thank you Russell.

Russell was superb. Him and his colleague almost instantly diagnosed the issue with my car, spoke through the options with me and we set up getting my power steering pump replaced for 2 days later. Car now runs as smooth as it did previously.
