Russell turned up on time and got straight to it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Found a way to do only what was required instead of the much longer, quoted job and saved me a lot of money - he didn't have to do that. Found one or two other impending problems with the car, told me about them and before the day was out he'd already generated a quote for me.
