Russell was polite and, and was very informative on the work carried out. Punctuality was perfect and further work that needed to be carried out he sent me photos and what needed doing.

After spending nearly £600 on servicing and repairs , I still have some bulbs not working and a smell on start up. The parts for repair I cross referenced and I seem to have paid top dollar but was quoted half the price. Have been told by a friend in the trade I have paid too much. I thought it was steep so looked up the parts etc. The Labour was expensive considering that very little time was spent on the jobs despite 2 people doing the work. On reflection I probably should have taken it to a garage. The guy was nice enough but I felt uneasy that a major service was done in an hour.......

Russell was everything you could want and expect, genuine, friendly guy, arrived on time and completed the job swiftly. Took care of an extra problem that the job threw up.
