Russell's level of service was exemplary. The scheduled repair work on the car was unfortunately delayed due to an issue with the arrival of a key spare part. However, and to Russell's credit, he kept me fully informed of the delay with options for an alternative schedule, which was within 24 hours of the original plan. I was also very satisfied with the efficient process facilitated by ClickMechanic.

Hi Russell your mechanic punctuality very good and on time, done main checks , was there for about 15 mins, Communication, I was informed that I would receive an email about faults that are wrong with my car I am still waiting , as I need this to find a Porsche cayenne . s25cyn , repair shop , asked your local mechanic , was informed he would send email it has not arrived , so im still in the same place as if of the rac report???? I have spent 72.68 with yourselfs and still not anymore informed?????
