Both fantastic and friendly. They got the job done in 15mins which was very quick. Despite the certain part being hard to find and had no luck with two previous garages, they managed to find it no problem. They were told that the part was coming in on the day I asked but the supplier had issues on it being delivered on time. This was obviously no fault of the mechanics but they kept me in the loop and were happy to accommodate another day to my suiting if needed. Would highly recommend!

Russell and his assistant were punctual, polite and knowledgeable but failed to get the car started. I was reluctant to contract them again, until he had shown evidence of the supplied part cost, as I consider £489 for a fuel pump pressure control valve to be excessive and possibly an error, and I am seeking clarification from ClickMechanic and Russell at this time.

Needed a battery replacing, Russell was friendly and informative and arrived on time.
