Extremely friendly and they explained to me what I had done and showed me the parts removed and explained how they deteriorated. I will never need to use a garage again! Really impressed with this. Russell and his colleague were very helpful and supportive. Despite some initial problems locating the Diagnostic Plug Socket, when this had been found they quickly set about the issue and solved my problem speedily and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent job as far as I can see. I had a full service on the V70 and rear brake disks and pads replaced. Russell & Kieran turned up promptly, kept me informed of the work progress, showed me the removed parts and OEM replacement parts and took care to clean up after the jobs were finished. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
One caveat - haven't had time to test the car yet :-)
