Russell was excellent, he let me know in advance at what time he was going to arrive. Despite the inclement weather he very quickly fixed my front brakes. He also identified that my rear brakes did not require replacing, which saved me money - his honesty and professionalism were appreciated. He was stuck in traffic on the way to the appointment, so called me to let me know when he would arrive. Would certainly use Russell again.
