Russell contacted me the evening prior and arranged to attend 30 mins earlier than had initially requested , which was even better.Morning of the appointment both Russell and Keiren arrived and went straight to work. Having carried out numerous checks , my vehicle would have to go to the dealership as the problem could only be resolved by them.
The whole problem was explained to me thoroughly and what was to be done, the gents were excellent and I would have no hesitation in using ClickMe4chanic in the future and will recommend to friends etc.

I wasn't around when Russell attended to repair my vehicle but it was reported back to me that he was courteous, arrived promptly and carried out the repair to a high standard. He also contacted me to keep me informed and advised me on cost effective ways to get further work carried out. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I have used Russel three times now and each time he has done a great job. He and another mechanic replaced the rear axle bushes on my car (a notoriously difficult job) and did a an excellent job with no fuss. I will definitely be using Russel again in the future, much better than going to a garage!

Booked on line with click mechanic , booking date was accepted but at 23.32 the night before I received an email to say there was no mechanics available ( less than 10hrs before mechanic was due ) then informed I would be updated on next date available, not a great service as booked 2 days prior to them cancelling, but if I would have cancelled as such short notice I was at risk of a £40 charge . So not impressed that an auto on line booking facilitie can take a job even though no mechanics were available, but when he did arrive the mechanic was very professional, clean tidy , did a fantastic job in appalling weather .
