Great job, on time and very friendly would recommend

I have used Russel three times now and each time he has done a great job. He and another mechanic replaced the rear axle bushes on my car (a notoriously difficult job) and did a an excellent job with no fuss. I will definitely be using Russel again in the future, much better than going to a garage!

Booked on line with click mechanic , booking date was accepted but at 23.32 the night before I received an email to say there was no mechanics available ( less than 10hrs before mechanic was due ) then informed I would be updated on next date available, not a great service as booked 2 days prior to them cancelling, but if I would have cancelled as such short notice I was at risk of a £40 charge . So not impressed that an auto on line booking facilitie can take a job even though no mechanics were available, but when he did arrive the mechanic was very professional, clean tidy , did a fantastic job in appalling weather . Punctual response, and communicated the problem quickly. Loss of contact afterwards was the only problem, as I wanted to book the same mechanic to make the repair on the same day, as mentioned when present.

Punctual fast efficient not expensive friendly excellent service I will definitely use them again far cheaper than the quote from the garage by at least 45%
