Russell phoned me to keep me up to date with his ETA, did the work at expected. He and his colleague Tristan were both friendly and courteous. Could not fault the entire process from using ClickMechanic to start, through to job completion.

Russell was a bit late, but that was due to a road accident in Swindon which was hardly his fault. Communication was good and the work was completed to my satisfaction and was much appreciated.

Really pleased

Mechanic was booked for 4pm. He phoned about quarter to two and said he could be there earlier if I so wished. I did and he turned up at ten to three. Both of them very polite and got on with job and even pointed out a defective tyre that I hadn't noticed. Quality service and I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

When they arrived they had the wrong part, but once they had the correct part the fitted it and it seems to be working okay, time will tell.
