Arrived on time and diagnosed fault quickly, offered very competitive quote for new part and was back the very next day to fit it. Excellent service.

Very good service. Mechanic had trouble locating me but that was expected due to my house being very difficult to find. We communicated well and the problem was sorted out.

Just one problem, one of the mechanics left his torch in my car and, as it looks like an expensive one I tried to call him. There was no reply but I have left a message on his voicemail and offered to send it to them.

He lets me know when he plans to come over and also calls if he stuck in traffic. Very informative and professional.

First class service, would definitely recommend using ClickMechanic. Needed a mechanic quickly after a motorway breakdown and recovery to home. I was very happy with ClickMechanic, I was worried at first having used these type of sites before that payment up front meant the service would not meet my expectations. But was very pleased to say my chosen booking time and day was met by a local mechanic and I was kept informed of his arrival time. Russell was very capable and he completed the job in a short time and gave me feedback on work coming up. Overall I was very pleased with the service given and the convenience of not having to take to a garage. I work from home so this meant I didn't lose any part of the day.
