Russell was called last minuteafter I was let down the same morning. Inspected the car early on in the proposed time slot and submitted the report promptly, even adding notes in addition to the standard check. He was also very helpful when we talked on the phone to discuss how to ammend a couple of issues.

On time, the job was done with no hassle and will definitely use them again.
The price was the same as quoted.

Turned up at stated time told him symptoms and he took car for test drive jacked it up.on return and diagnosed the fault. Not my car but told me what would happen when car warmed up. Exactly the faults described to me by owner
