I had originally thought wheel bearing was the problem but the visiting engineers quickly established that it was the suspension strut. They had only just left the site and within 5 minutes I received email confirming price for the new job and an invoice for the visit. Now that's what I call efficiency

Russell contacted me the evening prior and arranged to attend 30 mins earlier than had initially requested , which was even better.Morning of the appointment both Russell and Keiren arrived and went straight to work. Having carried out numerous checks , my vehicle would have to go to the dealership as the problem could only be resolved by them.
The whole problem was explained to me thoroughly and what was to be done, the gents were excellent and I would have no hesitation in using ClickMe4chanic in the future and will recommend to friends etc.
