I contacted Click mechanic as i had broken down in my car and had to be recovered to my home. I understood that you came and either fixed the car on the drive or took it away to be fixed. I explained that the clutch pedal was loose and we couldn't change gear - so it looked like a problem with the clutch but obviously i am not a mechanic. The car was taken away and brought back the next. I asked if it had been the clutch that was wrong and chap said yes. I said it seemed strange on a 3 year old car but he said it can happen. Two weeks later the same thing happened Got in touch with mechanic but he wasn't as keen to come and sort. when he did he said it was the Slave Cylinder this time. I asked if it could have been that in the beginning and not the clutch and he sad yes possibly. So i have put a new clutch in and paid for it when it wasn't needed? He said i had said it was the clutch so that's what they put in! Surely they do some testing to see what is wrong ? As i said i am NOT a mechanic which is why called you!
I feel i have paid twice for something that was a simple and cheaper fix if someone could have looked at my car. The mechanic said i should have paid for diagnostics - but that wasn't obvious to me when i booked it in. I thought if i mechanic was coming out - he would see that was wrong.

Yes and happy at the moment with the work done, good communication, arrived outside of desired collection window which was a bit disappointing

Was originally supposed to be done on 28/11. Finally got it back on 30/11 around 17.30. Hem I tried to check if the remote locking had been set the remote would not work to set it. I was beginning to think that there was a problem with the remote but when I checked the car I found that the door had not been closed. I also found that the car had also been left in 1st gear.

As always, very friendly, couldn't ask for a better service.the work carried out is 100%

Genuinely impressed. Car took longer than expected but that was down to the wrong clutch being sent. Overall very happy.
