Wes was really helpful, especially as Click had incorrectly quoted me for a incorrect part.

The mechanic was really friendly and had good knowledge. He kept me informed on what was happening and how long it would take. The only thing I would say is that they were late picking the car up as it was meant to be between 8-10 and they didn't come until 12:10 but they did keep my informed. I was however, a bit disappointed to find an empty Mcdonalds bag and a drinks carton left in my car. I found that to be unprofessional and rude. But overall, they have done the job and my gear stick is no longer stiff.

Decent price for a clutch replacement, and both Paul and Jamie were friendly and helpful.

I marked punctuality down because we were booked in for 08:00-10:00 on Friday, but Paul called to say they had a problem with the recovery truck and would either collect late that day or first thing Saturday. It was collected and completed on Saturday.

I also marked communication down because it was after 10:00 on Friday when Paul called me to explain the problems.

All in all though, happy with the price and service and would use them again.
