Very happy. Despite heavy restrictions because of covid-19 causing parts shortage they picked up my car and delivered it back with constant communications from all the staff throughout the process.

The mechanic who turned up was very friendly and knowledgable and found undeclared faults in the car I was intending to buy. He was thorough, communicated well and influenced my decision to not buy the car.

His punctuality was poor. I'm not sure if its him or his boss who sent him late and left me waiting 90 minutes.

He was Friendly. However there was no check done to the oil level. Very basic check on electric windows and heater! Which I could have done myself and just 2 min test drive as I was expecting him to go to gear 5 at least even tho I went for test drive myself before they came. Service was Not worth the money.
