Jamie was friendly and polite. I understand the difficulties which can arise when disassembling components, especially when parts are seized through age and lengthy usage etc. This was no doubt a main factor in the work taking a whole day instead of the few hours stated on the website. I was without my car from Thursday approx 17.00 hrs when it was collected by the low-loader until Saturday morning approx 09.00 hrs. My wife and I are now just happy to get the car back.

Great service. The part didn't arrive on time but given which meant the he wouldn't be able to do the job between 8 -10 but i put that down to the current issues everyone is facing due to coronvirus I totally understood. He arrived later that day and carried out the work with out any issues
