Rang first to say mechanic was on his way, car driven to garage, cambelt and water pump replaced and returned mid afternoon all sorted. Excellent service and a good price. Hassle free car repairs/servicing, would recommend and use again.

Gave a 3 for 'Punctuality' as the arrival time was between 8-10, however, collected the car around 1pm.

Gave a 4 for 'Communication' as it could have been better when it came to being late picking up my car, whether the repair would have been completed on that day, was not repaired until Monday and I was not asked if I needed the car, and when the car was due back as I had to contact the mechanic to ask when the car was due back as I had noticed I had been charged for the repair. However, when I spoke to the mechanics they were always polite.

Wesley arranged to pick my car up and brought it back on time had a clutch fitted. Had the car back 3 days and so far all has been fine . No problems. So I'm very happy with the job thats been done. And in future I will be in touch when needed thank do much. Eddie jones

Less than 15 miles after repair, the car was faulty again. Luckily the AA towed it for me. I then had to arrange transport to get my autistic daughter and myself home. The mechanic came out and made 3 adjustments the morning after and said it was ok. I drove to Wales later that day and the clutch stopped working again. The company would not come out and said that they would collect my car if I paid £100 for collection. I have lost faith with them and had to get the car repaired elsewhere.
