The pick up was late from the proposed times stated. I had to ring to ensure that there was someone coming out.

Initially I felt my mechanic was slightly condescending. He assumed I would immediately commit to the work before offering a logical explanation of why various courses of action were necessary. I have a good technical understanding of the mechanics of cars and once I requested a proper discussion over the proposed work, I was happy to continue. Having said that, I found that the mechanic was very knowledgeable and the quality of the work that I can see appears to have been carried out to a very good standard such that it passed the MOT.

Had phone calls telling me about pick up and drop off, extra work had to be done and was sorted, never used this service before, emails informing me of how cost and parts and set price, for the work on my car it what I budget for, I will be using this service again.

Fantastic, replaced starter motor, really great service, picked up the car, diagnosed and drop back off all fixed. Will never use main dealer again!

Zero complaints. Picked up my car the night before instead of the 8-10 am slot on the day, which was very useful. I was very happy with the free pick up and delivery and the driver was very friendly. Although pick up was late, the company communicated through out. My car was picked up and finished within a few hours. It feels like a brand new car. I am so so pleased and grateful with the work. Will defiantly be going back (if I need to lol)

Didn't realise my car would be taken to the garage but not a problem in itself. Communication only by email which i didn't take as the car being kept overnight for additional parts. When car returned window repaired but dirty. Overall can't complain just a few niggles
