Wesley was really friendly and knowledgeable. My car battery was faulty/drained so the issue was diagnosed really quickly. As we didn't know if the car battery was just dead or actually faulty, Wesley explained really clearly what to do in either case. Turns out the battery was faulty, but using Wesley's instructions I have now purchased a new battery and fitted it myself, which I could not have done without his advice.
