Really good service. Picked car up night before it was booked in, and got to work on it first thing. Kept me informed throughout the day and dropped the car in the afternoon. Excellent all round would definitely recommend.

I never knew about Clickmechanic until I was struggling to find anyone who could do the clutch within 24 hrs. I noticed on Google an advertising showing Clickmechanic. I had nothing to lose, so signed up. The estimate was up to £350 cheaper than Speedy Clutch.
The job was offered and this guy agreed to do it. A bit of confusion at the beginning. I needed the car back within 24 hrs not picked up in 24 hrs which was stated. But fair play, the guy phoned me when I raised the issue about the time and promised me the car would be back within 24 hrs.
Communications was superb, a little to good Infact but they let me know the work had started, when finished and an hour after dropping the car back off to make sure all was good.
Overall, extremely impressed. The only down side was, no phone number to contact Clickmechanic, the live chat was a Bot that was no use and you can not put in when you need the car fixed by. But again, fair play to Clickmechanic, I emailed them about my problems and they phoned me within 30 minutes and everything was fine.
Lastly, I was not happy with the company taking the amount owed for the job on a pre payment . So it leaves your account but it’s not authorised until the job is complete.
