Friendly mechanic. Great communication. I cannot comment on the work as I am not a mechanic but the car runs fine. The garage could use more drivers as my car was picked up 1 days after the pre-booked time and brought back 2 days later due to shortage of drivers.

Terrible service from Omar and his team, no advance warning about when the car was going to be picked up. Then they failed to deliver the car back even though I had paid for the service so I ended up having to get a taxi to pick my car up. When I finally got to the garage they didnt know where they had parked my car and I had to walk around looking for it with the receptionist. The prices are reflective of the service you get. From the beginning of the booking you will receive poor communication from this garage. In addition, they booked me into a service which was agreed close to 2 weeks in advance and cancelled 15 minutes before the booking time. I do not recommend this service. Read more

Mechanic was quickly here and dealt with problem (2 x faulty coils, common with Renaults apparently).
He also turned up with four, just in case, so there was no additional wait while he sourced them.
Car now running, many thanks and will use again.
