Ford Fiesta Diagnostic Inspection

I was expecting him to have a diagnostic machine but he carried none. As soon as he left, I started the car again, and the alarm went on. This is exactly what I called him to do.
I went to a nearby garage very close to me, I was told that I need an Car Auto Electrician who came fix the problem.
Hence, the amount paid was a total wast of funds.

thank you for the review unfortunately when we attended the car battery was flat and we needed to boost the car to start the mechanic noticed a the rear boot or door motor was making a noise and suggested to you that might be the fault and needs father investigation this is why the diagnostic machine was not used please charge the battery or replace it then we would be moor than happy to check the vehicle again regards queens way

Yes, Queensway did a very good job of keeping me informed and the work that needed doing to my car. My car was fully repaired, on the day and they picked my car up and dropped it off, really good service from them.

Volkswagen Passat Timing belt and Water pump replacement

Disappointed that mechanic was not able to do work on site, as agreed, and needed to remove car to their workshop. Took longer (5.5hrs) then estimated (3-4 hrs). Too early to make any judgment on the quality of the work (replace cambelt and water pump), but no apparent problems. Indicated "3 stars" only to enable submission; not a judgment.

thank you or your review one of the reasons your vehicle was not done on site is because the front of the car needs to be removed and its very difficult to do this onsite as the ac gas may need to be drained so we take this into concentration all so the age of the car is a key factor we also do take this as a problem just in case we have difficulty removing parts from the car a work shop environment is better and safer to carry out this sort of job thanks and regards

The mechanic was very good. I was called first thing to let me know that the mechanic would be later than booked which would have been difficult if my wife wasn't able to remain home all day. However the communication was very good and there were no problems.
