Excellent. Picked up the car on time and delivered back service done. Reported on work to schedule for later. Car sound and runs great.

Did not meet the mechanic as car was collected. So difficult to rate quality. Car was collected later than intended. This was not an issue and was well communicated.

Omar and his team were excellent. I would have given him all Five Stars if he kept his appointment to pick up my car from my home on Thursday. However, he called me in the morning to tell me that his driver was ill and could not come to collect my car. Instead he asked me to reschedule the MOT and service to Friday or Saturday. Unfortunately, I was to be out in the country for the weekend and the MOT was expiring on Friday. I had no choice but to drive the car myself to and from his garage 1 hour each way and wait for two hours in his shop for the MOT and the service. It was regrettable.

The guys were so cool and friendly. The communication was excellent and so far my car sounds like how a petrol car should not like a diesel. I think they are very good at what they do. And also got warranty on the repair so all good.

Although the alternator was replaced as agreed and paid for, problems have come to light that has resulted in the car being scrapped. A cap had been screwdriver-ed off the side of the engine block and not replaced. If the engine had started, oil would have leaked out. Although the engine could be turned over when jump leads were attached prior to handing the car over to the mechanic, upon its return this was no longer possible. I had a different mechanic check the car and he said there was no compression, the timing belt was damaged and so were all the valves. It would cost more to repair than the car was worth - this was all new information to me and I should have been told upon return of the car and without the need to bring in a different mechanic.
