I had booked an Appointment for anytime between 8am - 10am at my work but he ended up missing the appointment slot and turned up at my home at 8pm in the evening. I had also asked for an oil and filter change which he did neither of because he thought it would be a waste of time. He spent no more than around 5-10 minutes looking at my car before leaving. All he did was look at the dipstick and rev the engine a few times. My car is exactly the same as it was before I called you guys up. This was a waste of £70+ and I honestly dont know what I paid for. Really I should be asking for my money back as I did not get what I wanted.

hi and thank you for your review when we called you the question was asked if you had top up the oil and will need to give the oil a chance to level out so we can check correctly we did ring you later on to arrange for us to come out to you at home instead and it was agreed we are 120mins away from you but still made the effort to come out when we came out i checked your oil level and we both agreed that the oil level has gone down i did ask you how many mils have you done since you top up you confirmed around 20 mils the level had reduced to-just above half way on the level and by changing the oil and filter will not change a thing . i checked the amount of smoke emitted from the exhorts we agreed that the engine is burning oil and its not worth changing the oil and filter and need the engine either striping and new rings or a new engine to be fitted we also did enplane a charge will be made to you for me coming out to you and you agreed Regards Read more

Peugeot 3008 Crossover Timing belt and Water pump replacement

Not trustworthy. Second time replaced the timing belt as first time the water pump was faulty. After the service done I requested 3 times the Invoice and still not received. I’m still worried about my car, how the service has been done. Not recommended.

hi and thank you for the review firstly when we was made aware of the water leek we had the car back in with us and found the water pump leaking under the warranty we replaced the water pump and the trimming belt again and now we trust the water leak has stopped you at the time asked me for a new bill from the time of the new pump that has been fitted but unfortunately a new bill cannot be raised for a part that has warranty your existing bill was sent to you by email but as you requested we all so sent you a copy by post we had not carried out a service on the car but a timing belt and water pump we feel the review is totally unjust and not in anyway fair .
