James worked quickly and was tidy - what more do you want me to say? Why do you keep pestering me to leave longer and longer reviews?
James could have done with a bit a hair cut but apart from that (and his funny little car) he was exactly what I was expecting! There ok now?

James was very expert, very helpful with my questions, and managed a difficult job perfectly.

James let me know his eta prior to the time slot, he was punctual and began work straight away. He completed the work efficiently and well within the time slot! he also gave me friendly and helpful information about future work that my car will require. Unfortunately, he had to deal with a rude and stupidly behaved neighbour of mine, but he dealt with them very professionally and continued with his work. I would definitely use this service again and hope to deal with James again. Cannot fault him at all!

He was fantastic, having been told by another mechanic that it was a water pump or thermostat, James came out and advised me it was neither of these things it was just a hose saved me a lot of money. I certainly will book him again if I get any other issues with my car & truck.

James was great. He made light work of replacing the starter motor and was chatty, knowledgeable and entertaining. What was not so good was the clickMechanic admin system. My appointment was for between 5 and 6pm and I was reminded of this on the day by a second email. James, however, had been given a different timetable to work to. He had me down for 6 - 8pm. Result, I was hanging about for one and a half hours wondering where he was and not able to get on with domestic routine. Stressful and absolutely unnecessary.

James was brilliant, after inspecting the car that I was going to purchase. James rang me straight after looking at the car, gave me all the information about the car and any doubts with the vehicle. Which I took on board, and ended up not buying that car, if it wasn't for James I could of ended up buying a project car instead of a everyday vehicle

James was great friendly and knew what he was doing great job. Great job on my rear brakes

James was friendly, talkative & knowledgeable. He arrived on time & also let me know when he was on the way which was helpful. He got on with the brakes & I’m very happy with the work he did 🙂

I do not know about a car, but now I can drive my car again. He came and worked for it very quickly.
