Amazing bloke - Very friendly, informative and extremely helpful , fantastic service and great ambassador for ClickMechanic , i will be recommending this company and the mechanic , Now im skint but my car is working, used a payday loan company but work was started before i even received the money, to help me out the mechanic drove to get more spare parts as he understood that i needed to be mobile to collect my disabled son, what a great agent - you should be proud to employ him

James provided great communication on his ETA and was early both times. He is very friendly and explained the problem with my car in terms i could understand being a non mechanic.
