Good communication, arrived earlier that stated so even better, knowledgable and completed works. Only thing was works was pricey.

James fully serviced our Saab 9-3 and Viano at our home and gave both cars a thorough check. He used the proper equipment to ensure that no oil dripped on the road and showed the filters and plugs from the previous services, pointing out which hadn’t been changed. He was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice on the timing of what was needed for both cars in future (like tyres etc.). James did a great job and I can highly recommend him. He will be servicing our cars from now on.
