James was great - very reassuring whilst working on my car, as I clearly haven't got a clue about how cars work! He made sure I understood what he had to do, and why and was a very personable guy. Would definitely use your service again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

James was ]very polite and helpful. The problem is still on going. Even though the EGR valve was replaced, and all seemed good when James left, but when my wife picked me up, the engine light came back on, and there was still no power. This is on-going and I have been in contact with James. Watch this space.
