Great, quick, easy service for repairs. Unfortunately due to diagnostic inspection complications, with BMW 318 CI sport electrics. The problem wasn't identify within the diagnostic time of 20mins. I was told the fuel pump wasn't working, the problem no fuel getting to engine. I payed for diagnostic inspection £67 & then fuel pump replacement work £400. Total = £467 ish. On the day of the works (which was 2 days after inspection), the mechanic used a number of different diagnostic equipment and manage to communicate with my car, realised the fuel pump was working and no need to go ahead with part change. In the end, the car problem put down to possible ECU electrics. I was given good advice, car needs a lot of work in garage. The charge = £192 for 20 mins diagnostic and 2 hours labour + call out charge. I asked for discount, which I think was fair. The Total Bill: £67 - £30 = £37 diagnostic inspection, labour charge £125.
