James was excellent. I’ve put 5 stars for punctuality even though he was late because he kept me in the loop the whole time and I wasn’t worried what time he arrived. Traffic is a game of chance. He saved me changing my rear brake discs whereas the BMW dealer said they needed replacing so thanks very much James! He was friendly, knowledgeable and I would definitely trust him with any future requirements on my car. Thanks very much James!

Unfortunately James wasn't able to carry out the work required. His diagnosis of the problem with our headlights was that the dealer needed to change the switch on the dashboard. It would be helpful if your website made clear that a ClickMechanic will charge a call out fee if they have not been able to solve the problem. We were disappointed to be charged nearly £40 for a 10 minute visit.

absolutely amazing service and the mechanic James is so great person and professional. As it is my first experience with ClickMechanic i will definitely be very happy to use their service again. The work James carried out in 2 hours would take at least one day if done by dealer or any other certified repair shop. James is very tidy cleaning behind himself as he goes from one spot to another around the car. James is strait forward mechanic, commenting and explaining what he is doing, that helps to realise how really hard the job is.
