James was a really good guy and arrived promptly, can't really comment on work as it ended up being a diagnostic, panels were removed and we were advised to source the part off eBay/a breakers and he would return to carry out the work.

James was friendly and efficient. came earlier than booked but checked this was convenient beforehand. Overall good service.
