James was absolutely hopeless. Didn't have a clue what he was doing. I ended up being charged £57 for him doing nothing at all. This idiot is definitely one to steer clear of!

I attended this rude man to fit a part he had purchased in error and demanded I modified this brake part to fit his car.I rather be called an idiot by refusing to make a car dangerous then fit the wrong part and bodge it to fit and risk peoples lives.So yes there is an idiot in this story.

James was v friendly and completed the job but it was with my help as the timescales for completion weren't realistic by click. A full radiator change in one hour! On a 10yr old van.. . We managed it but I would hate to find out how much the hourly rate was if you go over the allotted time. Not entirely sure would recommend again even if the end result was as requested.
