So thankful for him coming was selling the car today and the battery was flat . The car was down the side of house so it was awkward for him to get to . He took off his own car battery to get mine going. Very good service.

James was knowledgable and I learned that you do not necessarily need to follow the workshop manual to do the, job efficiently, and quickly, would definitely use him again

Unfortunately he was an hour and 15 minutes late after the time slot we said we were available. He wasn't able to carry out the work as more work needed doing and he informed us of what that was and quoted us promptly for it.
He was in contact a lot about traffic etc and his ETA but unfortunately due to the large area he covers he ended up being very late off the back of a long journey to reach us. This was very well communicated to us but was incredibly inconvenient as he didn't arrive until 9:15pm. We felt unable to cancel at that point as we would have been charged.
He was a friendly enough chap, very professional and charming and I'm sure if he had carried out the work it would have been great.

James was punctual. When he turned up, I explained that the car door had a problem and it is intermittent. It's a shame that Icould not show him the problem and he just put a small amount of white grease on my door hinge and said that the problem would be fixed. I was charged for £55 for just 5mins of job to put white grease? Irony is the issue reoccurred in less than a week time and I can't still open the door from outside again.

I was very happy with the service I got , very honest , friendly, and gave me good advice about my car ,all round very happy
