Renault Laguna Engine oil & filter replacement

I discovered that hi did a dirty job, he dropped some oil around the engine, and also everywhere i did this job before, they left me the oil that was extra for refill if needed, i didn't receive it.

Your review is a little confusing.
Your engine had a lot of oil on the outside of the engine as it is leaking.
The oil level was extremely low when James arrived.
James booking was to drain your old oil and replace your filter.
We can't clean dirty engines.
We don't leave customers oil for topping up as we have 20 litre oil containers on board
