the vendor said he was nice, knew the car and took it apart and put it back, they learnt that you can unzip the back window!
He contacted me before the inspection and kept me informed , and called me immediately after it to give me a brief report. He had worked for Rover and knew the car .He was friendly and knowledgable, including current market prices for this car.
The report was detailed with photos
