Very efficient quick repair. Was delayed due to having to wait for the part but kept me informed.

My appointment was for 10am to 12 midday to replace my car battery. Due to my car having a less common battery, Dorset couldn't get to me until 5pm - but he did phone 3 times to explain the delay.
I didn't actually meet Dorset as I left the car bonnet open for him to get on with the job and only knew he had been when I received his email.
As far as I can see, the job was done very efficiently and all looks good.

James did a very good job and gave me vital information on other work that needed urgent attention. Plus he arrived an hour earlier than expected. Just took an hour to change discs and pads.
