Guy was sound but the brakes are squeaking so bad it’s embarrassing to drive .
I have been promised he will drop in when passing but it’s been weeks now

We have seen your review,The brake pads where replaced some time ago,and this is the first either Dorset Response or Clickmechanic have heard of this.
We are very surprised that these have been an issue for a few months and we have heard nothing from you regarding this issue.
We do cover our work with warranty however we need to be told their is an issue.

A lot of customers are surprised when a response bike arrives.these are used in London and Manchester a lot.
