A continuation of work from a previous job and the final instalment - Dorset Response Mechanic James was again outstanding, in completing the job to replace my alternator and upper pulley on my Jaguar XF 3.0D, he went above and beyond to see that i was looked after and kept up to date with work progress throughout and as a Keyworker getting me back on the road when he could. We used Dorset Response. The chap was very friendly and initially arrived on time. Work completed quickly and efficiently.
We needed more work doing so he came the next day. A little later than arranged but he did ring to explain he had been held up in traffic.
Overall excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Hi I missed the mechanic as I was out ( the battery did not arrive on time so the slot was changed from 10-12 until 1300. I arrived back at 12.45 and the job was completed.

Started first time and battery is receiving charge from both alternator and hook up.
